"Bella, this needs to stop," Looking up from a random book you were getting really into, your eyes meet with magenta ones. They were the color of your husband, Luciano Vargas', eyes.
"What needs to stop? I haven't done anything..." You trailed off when you took a closer inspection of your husband. First of all, he had a red towel wrapped around his waist which signaled that was his only cover-up. Water droplets were scattered all over his tan body, mostly in the chest area. His dark, auburn hair with that gravity defying curl hung loosely on the side of his head. Water was dripping from his hair, the curl, and from his face that mostly came from the hair in the first place.
The Italian had his arms crossed, leaning on one leg and looking down at you, the other foot was tapping on the dark wooden floor. "Don't you tell me 'what needs to stop' you know exactly what I'm talking about," He huffed, obviously getting impatient with you. You on the other hand, blinked in confusion.
Your usual (h/l), (h/s), (h/c) hair was wrapped up in a towel but you had on clothes, signaling that you also took a shower but before Luciano. "Do I need to stop taking a shower, reading books, watching TV, what are you talking about, Luci," You asked. Sitting the book down on your lap, you sat up straighter so the difference in height wasn't as greater than it already was.
Luciano was starting to get flustered with anger, then flailed his arms around like a child. The man was childish after all which was why you married him in the first place, not those stuck-up snobs of a mafia leader that rivaled with your husband for your heart. "I'm talking about the hot water, (y/n)! You keep using it all up and it's getting annoying! Even the water bills went up recently and it wasn't from the lazy a** German either..." Luciano trailed off, thinking of his companion that he would dare to call a friend, Lutz.
You blinked more, now understanding what Luciano wanted you to stop doing. "I can't help it that I use up all the hot water! It's just so nice and steamy on my skin..." You started to ramble more about why the hot water was great, which just made Luciano even more angry.
"Maybe I want to experience those things too! Have you ever thought about that amore?"
You nodded, "Yeah, but time just slips by when I'm in the shower so..." You shrugged.
"Get a f*cking timer then! I just don't want to mosey on into the shower and be met with cold water..."
"How about you wait instead of getting in right after me? Even I have enough sense to not do that," You huff before looking back down at your now closed book.
Luciano looked like he was about to pull his hair out any minute. He hated to start arguments with the one person he truly loves but he couldn't take it anymore. He took a deep breath to calm himself, "I'm on a schedule bella. Which reminds me, I need to get dressed." He glared down at you before bending over, placing a kiss on your forehead.
You smiled, "You go do that~ I'll be finishing my book if you need me~" You looked down at your book and opened it back up, continuing where you left off.
Luciano smiled as he left to go to the room the both of you shared. Then, it turned into a smirk. You had no idea what he would be planning on making sure you didn't use up the hot water...
Feeling the little water droplets hitting your skin, the steam surrounding your body, the heat you desperately loved feeling, you washed the shampoo out of your hair. You were humming soft tunes to yourself; you didn't hum, or sing, often. Though, you could feel a presence in the bathroom that wasn't your own. Thinking nothing of it, you close your eyes and continue to hum happily. Your face was turned to the shower head.
Luciano smirked more, loving what he was seeing from his wife. He quietly got in the shower and wrapped his arms around you. "Ciao-"
Screaming, you grab the shower head and sprayed your husband in the face.
